Wargaming Research & Systems Analyst — White Cell

Overview

In this role, you model and analyze warfighting systems to connect operational needs with system design and mission outcomes. You will work with a small, agile team to build and evaluate simulations, wargames, and experiments that inform product improvements and tailor solutions to customer needs. You’ll train customers on Anduril capabilities while refining capabilities based on data-driven insights. This position offers front-line impact in a growing simulation center in the UAE and early ownership of a new team.

Responsibilities

• Run and iterate models and simulations (MissionSim) for training, experimentation, and analysis
• Develop customer-focused scenarios to demonstrate capabilities
• Evaluate how platform components (autonomy, sensors, C2, navigation, etc.) affect mission outcomes
• Design and execute tactical and mission-level wargames to assess autonomous systems
• Build physics-based models for red/blue force interactions and operational scenarios
• Assess system-of-systems interactions, risks, and dependencies on mission impact
• Ground analyses in real operational problems and customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to show value via data-driven analysis

Key requirements

• Active country-specific Secret security clearance
• 3+ years in ORSA, systems analysis, systems engineering, mission engineering, test and evaluation, or similar
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, data analytics, and trade-space analysis
• Proficiency in C++ or Python for modeling and scripting
• Ability to link performance and design choices to mission outcomes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
