In this role you will manage a diverse civil and commercial disputes caseload within a collaborative team, supported by senior colleagues. You will handle matters ranging from debt recovery and construction disputes to contentious probate, contributing to the firm’s growth through effective client handling and business development. Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial disputes with guidance from senior colleagues
• Handle matters across debt recovery, construction disputes, contractual litigation, and probate/inheritance act claims
• Navigate County Court and High Court proceedings, including cost budgeting
• Maintain and develop client relationships, supporting business development and client relationship initiatives
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality dispute resolution and strategic advice

Key requirements

• 2-5 years’ PQE in litigation
• Solid understanding of CPR and County Court processes
• Familiarity with High Court claims and cost management
• Strong technical ability in at least one listed practice area
• Proactive, commercially minded approach
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Team player with interest in business development and team growth
