In this role you join a respected Real Estate Team to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and provide expert guidance through all stages of property transactions. You will collaborate with clients, agents, lenders, and colleagues to ensure smooth exchanges and completions while maintaining professional standards. Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from exchange to completion (sales, purchases, transfers of equity, lease extensions)
• Provide expert legal advice on residential conveyancing and property law
• Draft and review contracts, agreements and related documents
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on property law developments
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
• Handle negotiations and resolve issues arising during transactions
• Ensure compliance with legislation and professional standards
• Attend clients in office or externally as required
• Collaborate within the Real Estate Team and wider firm
• Maintain CPD requirements and develop legal knowledge
• Participate in team meetings, marketing initiatives and business development activities

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
• Proven experience managing a full caseload from exchange to completion
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage a high volume caseload efficiently
• IT proficiency, including experience with case management systems
