Clinical Specialist – GAIN (UK)

Overview

In this role you will empower Medical Aesthetic practitioners by delivering hands-on clinical support and education on Galderma’s non-surgical products. You will work with the sales and education teams to tailor training, ensure safe and effective use, and guide customers through the educational journey. The position emphasizes collaboration across regional and global teams to advance the UK & Ireland strategy in aesthetic medicine. This is a promotional, field-based role with substantial interaction with clinicians and influencers in the aesthetic community.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers who need technical/clinical support and provide in-clinic training to build confidence in using Galderma’s non-surgical range
• Deliver hands-on training on filler techniques, reconstitution, and injection methods; adapt to customer needs
• Provide technical training on new product launches (reconstitution, marking up, injection techniques, follow-up) and promote AART and HITs adoption
• Explain scientific basis and clinical relevance of Galderma’s products to customers
• Assess readiness for next educational steps to pace customer learning appropriately
• Attend training to maintain high standards of knowledge and clinical proficiency
• Support Regional Business Managers with product and clinical training
• Collaborate with Galderma education team to align with UK & Ireland educational goals
• Engage in on-label discussions only and ensure proper professional registrations for cosmetic insurance

Key requirements

• Medical expertise in aesthetic medicine
• Experience delivering clinical support to healthcare practitioners in a commercial healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of the aesthetics medical community and Galderma portfolio
• Teaching ability and communication skills
• Competency in performing treatments with Galderma products
• Medical/clinical qualifications in non-surgical aesthetic medicine; Level 7 preferred and/or master’s preferred
• Valid registration with GMC/NMC/GDC
• ABPI qualification preferred
