Responsibilities

• Identify strategic Data & AI opportunities in Securities Finance and prioritize high-impact use-cases with defined ROI
• Lead discovery and co-creation with business clients, operations, and engineering; run workshops and design sprints
• Provide deep technical leadership on AI models, data pipelines, and deployment architectures; guide scalable design decisions
• Industrialize AI solutions from prototype to production with enterprise-grade security, compliance, and maintainability
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Data Scientists, AI Researchers, Software Engineers, and Operations
• Translate AI concepts into business value and communicate roadmaps to executives and stakeholders
• Stay current with Generative AI trends and ensure responsible governance and regulatory alignment
• Manage expectations and trade-offs with transparency while scaling AI across Trading, Sales, and Product teams

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Experience in product development with AI/ML-driven products; recent focus on Generative AI
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with Snowflake and Databricks; BI tools; APIs
• Experience with cloud architectures, distributed systems, and modern development practices
• Proven ability to architect AI/ML solutions and integrate with enterprise platforms
• Strong capital markets domain knowledge; Securities Finance experience is beneficial
