Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
  • Handle sales and purchases, leasehold work, lease extensions, remortgages, new builds, transfers of equity
  • Address unregistered property matters and SDLT considerations
  • Provide guidance on restrictions, cautions and title issues
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents and brokers
  • Contribute to winning new business and support office growth
  • Mentor or supervise junior colleagues
  • Work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines

Key requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in managing a residential conveyancing caseload
  • Strong technical knowledge across core residential property areas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach
