Alliance Investment Manager – Assistant Director

Overview

In this role you drive EY’s alliance and ecosystem investment programs to create value across markets. You will lead stand-up and extension of programs, ensuring compliant governance, contracts, and financial mechanisms. You’ll coordinate with regions, Alliances Leadership, and GCO to enable fund usage and risk control. The position sits within a global, cross-functional team focused on digital transformation and collaborative partnerships. You’ll work in a dynamic, inclusive environment with travel and virtual collaboration as needed, shaping how EY leverages ecosystem investments to deliver client impact.

Responsibilities

• Direct alliance teams in investment program participation and approvals across GCO, Independence, and Alliance Leadership
• Oversee execution of investment programs ensuring compliance with EY Policy
• Coordinate with regions/countries to leverage existing programs with proper contracts and financial mechanisms
• Oversee GDS resources for reporting and transaction-level support
• Ensure Ecosystem Tool for managing alliance activity is up to date and accurate
• Coordinate with Independence to ensure transaction reviews are compliant
• Promote program benefits to maximize appropriate usage across EY

Key requirements

• Experience in alliance management or consulting services for technology or professional services
• Experience in alliance investment or incentive programs
• Strong networking and influence management skills to drive cross-organizational actions
• Credible communication, organization, and project management abilities
