Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Private Client offering in Swindon
• Oversee and supervise junior fee earners on complex matters
• Manage a profitable caseload with focus on client service
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referrers and stakeholders
• Lead client review processes and implement service improvements
• Develop and execute client/referrer development plans
• Manage professional risk and regulatory compliance
• Lead thought leadership and contribute to departmental know-how
• Support marketing, pitches and wider business development
• Enhance operational efficiency through improved processes and precedents
• Provide team leadership and contribute to the firm’s business plan
