Overview

In this role you drive the smooth execution of high‑value Qualifications programs, collaborating with academic and operations teams to ensure excellent student experiences. You will support on-site and online program delivery, manage documentation and progress tracking, and act as a trusted point of contact for participants and faculty. You’ll optimize processes, coordinate logistics, and use key platforms to maintain high standards of quality and satisfaction. This is a hands-on, cross‑functional role at a respected executive education institution with a strong focus on impact and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Qualifications programs under guidance of the Program Manager and Academic Director to ensure smooth delivery
  • Liaise with Ashridge House to coordinate on-site services for programs
  • Provide technical facilitation to support online program delivery for faculty and participants
  • Become the program expert by referencing handbooks, briefs, and regulations to respond to queries
  • Administer program documentation, enrollment, assessment, marking, results dissemination, and student records
  • Oversee program activities to support student experience, logistics, resources, materials, and post-program surveys
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams (faculty, finance, house, sales) to share knowledge and align needs
  • Process invoices through internal invoicing system for suppliers and adjuncts
  • Set up and use strategic platforms (Oracle Student Learning Portal, MyCourses, MyStudents; Zoom and Teams)

Key requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Teams and Zoom
  • Relational, team player with a practical can-do attitude
  • Organised, forward planner with strong attention to detail and ability to balance quality and speed
  • Desire for efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Tech‑savvy and adaptable to change
  • Desirable: degree level education or relevant qualification; experience in higher education; experience with Oracle and LMS like MyCourses (training provided)
