Business Analyst

Overview

In this role, you will drive operational excellence by analyzing and improving Foster + Partners’ ways of working, using processes and technology to deliver better outcomes for people across systems. You will work hands-on with IT, users, and stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, document requirements, and propose practical solutions. You’ll shape roadmaps, support change management, and enhance analytics to promote data-driven service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across operations and systems
• Collaborate with users, IT, stakeholders, and external providers to define and deliver solutions
• Develop and maintain product/operational roadmaps and manage an Agile backlog
• Define complex solution requirements and support delivery, including workflow, UI, and automation development
• Engage in IT change control processes and implement production changes
• Design and execute change management strategies to boost digital adoption and user productivity
• Enhance analytics and reporting to enable data-driven service delivery and continuous improvement
• Create and deliver training materials, workshops, and user support
• Establish guidelines, standards, and best practices for software support and maintenance
• Stay updated on industry trends and vendor roadmaps to identify improvement opportunities
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Produce BA artefacts such as business process docs, service blueprints, journeys, and architecture diagrams
