Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload across family law topics including divorce and financial remedy
- Handle private children matters
- Draft and negotiate cohabitation and separation agreements
- Prepare and review pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Contribute to domestic abuse matters where appropriate
- Advise clients with clarity, empathy and professionalism
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate within a large, well-structured team
Key requirements
- 2-5 years PQE in family law
- Strong technical knowledge across core family law areas
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Ability to manage matters independently with appropriate supervision
- Proactive, organised and empathetic approach
