Overview

In this role you will design, build, and embed FP&A solutions in CCH Tagetik to support planning, forecasting and reporting across Tesco UK. You will work within the Finance Transformation team, partnering with Finance, Technology and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly models and drive continuous improvement. The role sits at the heart of a major finance transformation, offering the chance to shape how planning decisions are made and how data informs performance. A strong focus on collaboration and delivering tangible efficiency gains underpins the opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Design and build FP&A planning, forecasting and reporting models in CCH Tagetik
• Translate finance and business requirements into scalable, user-friendly system solutions
• Define data requirements and support data integration and reconciliation with Finance and Technology teams
• Lead testing and user acceptance to ensure high-quality outputs
• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying, automating and enhancing FP&A processes
• Support training, adoption and ongoing optimisation of Tagetik solutions across the business

Key requirements

• Strong experience with large data models and complex datasets
• Experience supporting financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes
• Understanding of data management, governance and controls
• Knowledge of Oracle HFM, Fusion, EPBCS or similar FP&A systems
