Clinical Negligence – Birmingham

Overview

In this role you will join a national firm’s expanding serious injury team in Birmingham, handling a personal caseload under experienced partners. You will support adults and children with brain, spinal cord, or other life-changing injuries, including fatal accident work. You’ll work closely with L500-rated partners and contribute to high-quality client care. The opportunity offers a chance to shape cases within a focused clinical negligence practice and develop within a diverse, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own clinical negligence caseload
• Collaborate with senior partners to deliver client outcomes
• Support adults and children with brain, spinal cord, or other serious injuries
• Contribute to fatal accident work
• Build strong client relationships and maintain high standards of client care

Key requirements

• 3 years+ PQE in clinical negligence
• ability to run own caseload
