In this role you lead the Audit & Assurance plan delivery in a dynamic, cross-functional team. You guide field teams, manage client reporting and governance, and drive challenging engagements while mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the Audit & Assurance plan for clients
• Manage day-to-day field teams and review staff work
• Liaise with key client staff for timely reporting and management information
• Lead reporting activities and attend meetings
• Lead teams on challenging engagements, including transactions and project work
• Develop and mentor junior staff
• Involvement in tendering for new clients
• Collaborate effectively in diverse, inclusive teams

Key requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience with IFRS and UK or US GAAP reporting standards
• Ability to present client data clearly
• Proven ability to develop effective client relationships
• Project management experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Industry, FTSE Listed or international audit and assurance experience
• PCAOB experience may be desirable but not essential
