Overview

In this role you will lead the full sales lifecycle for FreedomPay’s platform and services in mid-market and enterprise segments. You will work with cross-functional teams to address complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities and drive revenue growth. You will navigate RFP processes, articulate ROI, and manage partner-led and direct merchant negotiations. The role combines autonomy with collaboration across sales, solutions engineering, product, and partners in a fast-growing environment. This is a chance to shape strategic deals and expand enterprise footholds at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation to close
  • Sell the platform, services, and solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams (ISVs, acquirers, FIs, ISOs, solutions engineering, product, implementation)
  • Lead complex consultative engagements with multiple stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, and executives
  • Prepare and tailor RFP responses, ROI analyses, and value propositions
  • Present capabilities to merchants and partners, in person and virtually
  • Develop strategic relationships with ISVs, acquirers, FIs, and ISOs
  • Forecast pipeline and maintain disciplined opportunity management
  • Support broader commercial objectives and account growth
  • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy

Key requirements

  • 7–10 years in B2B software, payments, or FinTech sales
  • Experience selling multi-location, multi-stakeholder solutions with technical/operational complexity
  • Proven ability to build a self-sourced pipeline while supporting partner-driven sales
  • Strong consultative sales process experience including RFPs, security reviews, and ROI justification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong networking and negotiation skills
  • Ability to translate customer and partner requirements into compelling commercial proposals
  • Highly organized with strong time management; comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Knowledge of eCommerce and digital payment platforms preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed
