Overview
As Food Services Manager, you will lead high-quality catering and hospitality across multiple regions, ensuring consistent service and strict contract adherence. You will partner with facilities teams and the EMEA program group to drive performance, compliance, and client satisfaction. The role combines vendor management, SOP/SOW governance, and continuous improvement to scale food services within the IFM framework. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with a clear impact on service quality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Oversee vendor partnerships for employee dining, coffee shops, pop-ups, and hospitality services
- Manage ancillary service providers (coffee machines, vending, fruit/milk vendors, deep cleaning)
- Ensure EHS compliance and consistent service delivery; mobilize new sites; uphold IFM and client contracts
- Monitor vendor performance via KPIs and SLAs; maintain reporting and budget processes
- Build relationships with Facilities Managers, Soft/Hard Services Managers, and the EMEA Program Team; support RFPs for food services
- Create and maintain SOPs/SOWs for catering; conduct quarterly audits; ensure GREF-mandated hospitality standards
Key requirements
- 6+ years in food or hospitality roles within large commercial organizations
- Proven facilities contract ownership and supplier/contract management
- Working knowledge of quality, environmental, and EHS management systems
