Overview

As Marketing Project Manager in the EMEA & APAC Creative & Operations team, you will own end-to-end creative production and campaign delivery across digital design and performance marketing. You’ll plan roadmaps, coordinate resources, and keep multiple workstreams on track to meet launch dates across markets. Your efforts enable high-quality campaigns that resonate across regions while embedding risk checks and process improvements. Responsibilities

  • Own intake and triage of creative briefs across digital design, programmatic, and performance marketing with defined scope, timelines, and success criteria
  • Build and maintain workback schedules and campaign roadmaps to hit launch dates across active EMEA & APAC markets
  • Allocate designers, copywriters, and freelance/agency support; forecast capacity and flag constraints early
  • Track assets end-to-end (brief, design, review, localization, trafficking) in project management tooling; confirm specs, CTAs, UTMs, and platform requirements
  • Coordinate delivery of performance marketing assets across paid social, paid search, display, and programmatic
  • Serve as single point of contact between creative, performance marketing, and regional stakeholders; communicate dates, dependencies, blockers
  • Partner with creative leads, designers, copywriters, and growth marketing to align briefs with campaign flighting and media plans
  • Coordinate with EMEA and APAC stakeholders on local requirements, approvals, and compliance
  • Manage external agencies and vendors, own the UGC workstream and agency relationships
  • Maintain live status trackers and version control across live projects
  • Own the test-and-learn agenda: run retrospectives and translate learnings into better briefs and creative development
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and resourcing gaps with structured thinking; escalate when leadership input is needed
  • Identify and implement better workflow tools, templates, and processes, including AI-assisted ones

Key requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing production workflows, especially digital design and performance marketing
  • Proficiency with project management tooling (e.g., ClickUp) and familiarity with creative production processes
  • Working knowledge of performance marketing channels (paid social, paid search, display, programmatic, landing pages, ASO) and their creative/technical requirements
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite / Figma at a production level
  • Experience with global or multi-market teams and external agencies
  • Exceptional organizational ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders
  • Reliability and accountability to own projects from intake to delivery and surface blockers early
  • Proactive, self-directed approach with risk/opportunity spotting
