Revit Modeller

Overview

In this role you will produce and develop high-quality Revit models for large-scale M&E projects and coordinate services across mechanical and electrical disciplines. You will work closely with design, engineering and project delivery teams to ensure accurate drawings and clash-free models, supporting complex commercial and industrial environments. You’ll contribute to a major contractor’s pipeline of technically challenging projects while enjoying long-term career opportunities and a competitive package.

Responsibilities

• Produce and develop detailed Revit models for large-scale M&E projects
• Coordinate services across mechanical and electrical disciplines
• Assist with clash detection and model coordination
• Produce accurate drawings, layouts and technical information
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams
• Adhere to project deadlines and maintain high quality standards

Key requirements

• Strong experience using Revit within an MEP/building services environment
• Experience on large-scale commercial, industrial or complex construction projects
• Understanding of MEP coordination and technical drawing requirements
• Ability to interpret technical design information and develop detailed models
• Experience in Tier 1 contractor, consultancy or major subcontractor environments (advantageous)
