Overview

As Senior Project Manager in our IT PMU, you own end-to-end delivery of high-impact change across the business, balancing technology-led and broader business initiatives. You will engage senior stakeholders and coordinate multiple teams and suppliers to meet scope, time, cost and quality goals. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and continuous improvement within a professional services setting. You’ll collaborate with peers to establish best practices and drive delivery excellence, contributing to our Modern Workplace strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex change initiatives across technology and business domains
• Ensure governance, risk management, and delivery to time, cost, and quality objectives
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including Partners, across multiple teams and suppliers
• Collaborate with other Senior Project Managers to embed best practices in governance and delivery
• Establish control structures quickly, manage competing priorities, and keep delivery aligned with business outcomes
• Operate in a professional services environment with cross-functional collaboration across IT and business teams
• Travel occasional to other offices as needed (rare)

Key requirements

• 5–8+ years’ experience delivering complex projects across technology and/or business change
• Experience in a legal or professional services or similarly complex stakeholder-led environment
• Experience within structured governance environments (PMO/PMU)
• Strong stakeholder management and senior-level engagement
• Experience delivering multi-stream projects with business, IT, and third-party suppliers
• Technically credible with the ability to guide delivery teams without being a deep technical expert
• Proven risk, dependency, and priority management in a fast-paced setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
