Overview

You will lead the school’s IT function and digital strategy, shaping the long‑term technology roadmap in a collaborative, educational environment. From infrastructure and cyber security to Microsoft 365 adoption, you’ll drive technology projects and advise senior leadership. You’ll manage suppliers and budgets while enabling teaching and operations through secure, scalable IT solutions. This role offers strategic influence with hands‑on leadership in a growing school focused on digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the school’s IT function, infrastructure and digital strategy
• Deliver technology projects and manage cyber security, compliance, and Microsoft 365 adoption
• Manage suppliers, budgets and IT services; support long‑term technology planning with SLT
• Oversee IT services on‑site and collaborate across departments to enable digital transformation

Key requirements

• Experience in IT leadership roles within education or similar environment
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, networking, Microsoft technologies and cyber security
• Track record delivering IT strategy, managing projects, suppliers and budgets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with users of varying technical ability
• Commutable to South London and willing to work onsite
