Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare strategy and planning advisory services of varying breadth and scope
• Manage projects and lead teams or collaborate within a project team
• Develop and maintain client relationships and manage account issues
• Lead stakeholder engagement sessions and engagement programmes
• Prepare reports, briefs, and business-case inputs; peer-review contributions for quality
• Contribute to new business development, bids, and tender responses
• Support thought leadership and development of service models and QA processes
• Apply data models to assess health service needs and inform proposals
• Ensure proposals consider productivity gains and enable service-delivery transformation
• Monitor project inputs and ensure delivery within budgets

Key requirements

• Extensive knowledge of health services and/or health facilities
• Ability to contribute technical inputs including strategic analysis, demand and capacity modelling, models of care, and design reviews
• Strong agility to support diverse projects in clinical and operational strategy
• Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills for relationship management
• Facility with facilitation and stakeholder engagement
• Superior writing skills for reports and business cases
• Data analytics capability for health service demand assessment
