Responsibilities

• Direct strategic delivery and commercial management, including contracts, costing, and client engagement
• Ensure integrity and financially robust outcomes aligned to net zero ambitions
• Foster strong relationships, drive innovation, and resolve commercial challenges across the consultancy
• Prepare and administer contracts, certifications, valuations, and final accounts
• Provide robust cost control, reporting, claims assessment, and commercial assurance
• Lead teams, stakeholders, and continuous improvement to drive high performance
• Support net zero delivery through informed commercial decision-making

Key requirements

• Understanding of sustainability, social value, and carbon reduction present-day issues
• Strong understanding of industry best practice
• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of contract administration and contract management
