Overview
As a Lifecycle Sales Manager, you will help customers maximize the value of Elekta solutions across the product lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with sales, service and customers to drive recurring revenue, uncover opportunities, and guide lifecycle strategies. You’ll act as a subject-matter expert on lifecycle and service sales, supporting contracts, tenders, and negotiations. This role blends strategic account work with field-facing impact, shaping long-term customer success. You join a mission-driven team delivering advanced radiotherapy solutions to healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lifecycle and service sales plans with Business Unit Sales Directors and Account Managers to drive regional growth
- Identify, develop, and close service, upgrade, renewal, and lifecycle opportunities across existing and new accounts
- Collaborate with Account Managers to build account strategies and deliver tailored commercial solutions
- Analyze installed base and market data to uncover after-sales opportunities, maintain pipeline, and forecast accurately
- Serve as SME for lifecycle and service sales, supporting discussions, tenders, quotations, and contract negotiations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including reference sites and stakeholder engagement across healthcare organizations
- Promote adoption of commercial tools and best practices while sharing knowledge across the region
- Represent Elekta at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences with adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in clinical, technical, engineering, or business-related discipline or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales within medical technology, healthcare, capital equipment, or related industry
- Strong commercial and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Understanding of healthcare technologies such as radiotherapy, medical imaging, medical physics, or hospital IT environments
- Experience using CRM and commercial tools (e.g., Salesforce) with strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region (approximately 50%)
