Business Operations Manager

Overview

In this role you drive operational excellence within the Global Product & Technology organization, partnering with Product and Engineering to optimize processes, roadmaps, and reporting. You will guide cross-functional change, enable data-driven decisions, and scale GPTO capabilities using structured programs and AI-assisted tooling. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and GTM teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. This position offers impact across product operations, governance, and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Improve Product Development processes, tools/AI and reporting best practices
• Lead quarterly product intake, prioritization and roadmap planning with GPTO and GTM stakeholders
• Enhance roadmap reporting, automate reporting from system of record (e.g. JIRA Align)
• Plan, execute, and oversee operational projects with timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for project success
• Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new processes and tools
• Create operationalization plans with comms, enablement material, training and executive reporting
• Lead process improvement workshops and map end-to-end workflows to identify pain points
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and build dashboards for continuous improvement
• Present key information to senior leaders to drive alignment and buy-in for change initiatives
• Build and maintain documentation using PowerPoint, Confluence and Excel; explore AI-enabled productivity improvements
• Use data and metrics to assess process performance and calculate ROI for opportunities

Key requirements

• Extensive experience in Product Management, Product Ops or Business Operations within a Product or Technology organization
• Proficiency in project management tools and change management frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
• Knowledge of project and change management methodologies; certifications in PMP, Agile, or PROSCI preferred
