Investment Banking – UK Real Estate – Senior Associate – London

Overview

In this role you will contribute to J.P. Morgan’s UK Real Estate Investment Banking业务, supporting origination and execution of M&A and capital markets transactions for corporate and sponsor clients. You will work within a cross-functional team across UK and EMEA, leading aspects of deal execution and client engagement. You will help develop strategic client content, financial analyses, and presentations while mentoring junior staff. This position offers collaboration with global sector teams and a strong emphasis on inclusive culture and high-impact client service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and client communication across advisory teams
• Create materials for strategic client meetings on M&A and capital markets
• Perform detailed valuation and financial analyses (DCF, comps, LBO, etc.)
• Prepare presentation books, board materials, memoranda, and client materials
• Lead daily deal execution and project management, maintaining dialogue with clients
• Engage with senior team members and client management to discuss strategic options
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to junior Analysts and Interns
• Collaborate with JP Morgan product, sector, equities, and research teams

Key requirements

• Experience in Investment Banking (industry group and M&A)
• Strong financial modelling / valuation / analytical abilities including Real Estate modelling
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
