Overview

In this role you will lead high-end residential developments in Oxfordshire, ensuring projects move from inception to completion. You will work within a reputable residential developer, contributing to a strong pipeline of luxury housing with multiple units. You’ll manage site operations, coordinating trades and ensuring quality and safety on site. This is a hands-on leadership position with real impact on delivering impressive homes and shaping the project delivery process.

Responsibilities

• oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion
• coordinate on-site activities and trades to meet milestones
• maintain safety, quality, and compliance on site
• drive progress and resolve on-site issues to keep programs on track

Key requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience as an Assistant/Site Manager
• degree qualification or similar construction management qualification
• construction developer experience
• strong track record as Site Manager on large residential schemes
• CSCS Card
