Overview

In this role you will lead client-facing transformation in ER&I, shaping operating models and value delivery. You’ll work within the OIDS practice to blend business design, process engineering and data-enabled insights to unlock value from AI, sustainability and the energy transition. You’ll influence senior stakeholders, build commercial proposals, and mentor teams to deliver measurable impact. This is a high-impact, collaborative role at a firm that values inclusion and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client thinking to identify innovative operating model improvements
  • Contribute to leadership and business development through proposals and pitches
  • Coach and develop Deloitte and client teams
  • Design fit-for-purpose operating models and realise strategic objectives
  • Develop business cases and identify sustainable cost savings
  • Guide research using large data sets to shape recommendations
  • Assess and apply emerging technologies to strategy and transformation
  • Lead strategic and operational reviews across organisations or functions
  • Structure insights to create a clear narrative for recommendations

Key requirements

  • Proven transformation project leadership with focus on energy transition, infrastructure, supply chain transformation, decarbonisation or regulatory compliance
  • Experience in creating client relationships and generating B2B opportunities
  • Ability to engage with C-Suite stakeholders and align on outcomes
  • Leadership experience and responsibility for performance management and talent development
  • Operational experience within an ERI organisation (employee or consultant)
  • Previous consulting experience (in-house or independent)
  • Experience in delivering on-time, on-budget engagements
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
