Technology Strategy Manager

Overview

In this role you will drive technology-enabled transformation for health and public sector clients. You will shape technology roadmaps, influence executive decisions, and lead multi-workstream engagements with senior stakeholders. You’ll partner with clients to align tech strategy with business goals, unlock value from investments, and mentor project teams. This is a high-impact role with exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to contribute to market-facing propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex strategy engagements and manage cross-workstream project teams
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders including executive teams
• Advise on how technology supports business objectives and transformation agendas
• Develop technology strategies, target operating models and long-term roadmaps
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and service delivery through technology
• Create business cases and investment strategies for major technology initiatives
• Contribute to thought leadership, market insights and industry propositions
• Support business development, proposal creation and client relationship management
• Mentor consultants and develop high-performing teams

Key requirements

• Experience delivering technology strategy, digital transformation or business transformation programmes
• Exposure to Health, Public Sector or Government-focused environments
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications
• Experience supporting large-scale technology or operating model transformation initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior decision-makers
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
• Proven leadership experience managing project teams and client engagements
• Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and interest in growth and business development activities
