MEP Site Manager – Greater London 70,000 – 75,000

Overview

In this role you will lead on-site mechanical and electrical works across large-scale projects in Greater London, ensuring safe delivery, adherence to programme, and high-quality standards. You will collaborate with the site management team and liaise with key stakeholders to align M&E activities with civils, structural, and architectural works. The position offers exposure to complex, high-value projects within a high-performing team. You will shape delivery by coordinating packages, managing permits, and driving snagging to close-out.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site Mechanical & Electrical sub-contractor works and packages
• Coordinate M&E works with civils, structural and architectural site management team
• Liaise with Building Services Manager, Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor on scope-related matters
• Review sub-contractor Method Statements and Risk Assessments and monitor compliance
• Issue and close out permits for M&E and other activities
• Monitor installation to ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Raise NCRs for quality issues and drive resolution
• Ensure sub-contractors compile, issue and close out ITPs
• Compile and manage snagging lists through close-out
• Manage utility provisions, diversions, upgrades and protection works
• Make applications to Highways Authority and utility companies as required
• Undertake Temporary Works Coordinator role where applicable
