Responsibilities
- Act on residential development acquisitions and disposals
- Advise on affordable housing transactions for developers and registered providers
- Support strategic land projects, including promotion agreements and option arrangements
- Handle development matters such as overage agreements, conditional contracts, title due diligence, easements and tenancies
- Collaborate with planning, tax and other specialist teams
- Contribute to high-profile projects with early responsibility and client exposure
Key requirements
- 2-4+ PQE in Commercial Real Estate
- Experience in residential development or strong interest to specialise
- Solid grounding in real estate transactions and development work
- Strong technical skills with commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and ability to build trusted relationships
