Overview
In this role you will drive the delivery of customer solutions for a specialised global fibre network provider that supports premium live broadcast. You will manage service delivery, logistics and supplier engagement for events, coordinating connectivity from order to handoff. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on time, under control and well documented. This is a hands-on, start-up–minded position that shapes workflows and supports growth across telecom and broadcast environments.

Responsibilities
- Manage service delivery of customer solutions, coordinating with suppliers to meet event deadlines and deploy solutions
- Coordinate the delivery of telecommunication connectivity from order to handoff
- Organise logistics for upcoming events
- Prepare quotations and orders, negotiate with suppliers, and manage costs
- Lead projects from initiation to completion within agreed timescales
- Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to deliver internal and external projects
- Identify and flag project risks to management (capacity, resources, external factors)
- Monitor progress, quality, and issue resolution; maintain project documentation
Key requirements
- Experience in Project Management and Service Delivery in Telecommunications or Sports Broadcast environments
- Proficient in Office 365 or G-Suite with strong Excel/Sheets skills
- Knowledge of Broadcast workflows and satellite/broadcast operator coordination
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday, Wrike and Asana
- Understanding of Telecommunications products (Wavelength, Dark fibre, Managed Ethernet)
- Strong technical/non-technical documentation writing (scoping, executive summaries, status reports)
- Proven PM or service delivery experience in a related industry
- PRINCE2 qualifications are advantageous
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
