You will join a growing employment practice within a commercial litigation team, advising both employers and employees across contentious and non-contentious matters. You work alongside the Employment Director to shape the firm’s employment offering and provide practical, commercial guidance. The role blends client contact with case handling, including disputes, contracts, and HR advisory, with opportunities to contribute to business development and practice growth. Responsibilities

• Handle employment disputes and tribunal work, with strategic resolution planning
• Advise on complex contracts, policies, and procedures
• Support TUPE transfers, restructures, and redundancies for client organisations
• Provide strategic HR guidance on dismissals, grievances, and employee relations
• Collaborate with the corporate commercial team and contribute to practice growth
