Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects across a global manufacturing network
• Drive product transfer, NPI and cost optimisation programmes
• Establish robust project governance, planning and execution processes
• Manage engineering resources, priorities and capacity planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align business, operations and engineering goals
• Ensure solutions meet quality, compliance and regulatory standards
• Develop engineering capability and promote knowledge sharing
• Support strategic manufacturing programmes for growth and operational improvement

Key requirements

• Proven experience managing engineering projects in manufacturing
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
• Experience delivering product transfer, NPI or manufacturing transformation projects
• Knowledge of Stage Gate, Agile or equivalent project methodologies
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering governance and quality systems
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (beneficial)
• Engineering qualification (HND, Degree or equivalent)
