Senior AI Software Developer

Overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional distributed teams
• Gather, analyze and spec out requirements; manage product deliverables
• Design and build scalable AI-driven products addressing real-world problems
• Stay current with AI advancements, especially in AI and LLMs
• Work on company-wide applications to improve colleagues’ daily work

Key requirements

• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python
• Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving drive
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with language models
• Knowledge of vector databases and related data structures
• Working knowledge of databases and messaging tech (SQL, Redis, Kafka)
• Excellent English communication; collaborative/team-oriented mindset
• Delivery-focused attitude
• Finance experience not required
