Overview
In this role, you support the Technical Management to ensure designs meet project expectations and compliance. You contribute to achieving high-quality standards by verifying legal approvals and coordinating design across sites as needed. You will occasionally perform on-site checks to verify progress and quality. You help formulate briefs and improve technical processes to streamline project delivery. Responsibilities
- Support Technical Management to ensure designs meet project expectations
- Ensure legal requirements are approved for high-standard project start and execution
- Occasional on-site checks to verify progress and quality
- Formulate and develop briefs with Technical Manager guidance
- Follow and improve technical processes to resolve issues and enhance project delivery
- Check full working drawing packages
Key requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a coordination role
- Experience in residential projects involving reinforced concrete
- Experience working on houses and apartments
- Qualification or degree within Architecture
- Strong and effective leadership skills
