AEP PROJECT MANAGER

Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end delivery of Adobe Marketing and Commerce projects for customers across regions. You will lead scoping, planning, risk and scope management, and stakeholder communications to ensure quality outcomes. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable a seamless One Adobe experience and support digital transformation initiatives. The position focuses on delivering value through Adobe solutions and strong project governance in a global, client-facing context.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping activities to gather requirements and define the solution
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: estimation, planning, monitoring, execution, and closure
• Oversee resourcing, commercial aspects, forecasting, time management, and invoicing
• Provide clear project communications to clients, partners, and internal teams
• Ensure delivery meets quality standards and client expectations
• Support the customer’s digital transformation journey with best practices and guidance on Adobe solutions
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver the One Adobe experience
• Contribute to PMO practice development

Key requirements

• Strong PM skills delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor or mixed environment
• Experience in Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutions
• Hands-on experience with Adobe solutions: AEM, AEP, and ideally Campaign and Commerce
• Ability to manage large programs or multiple smaller projects concurrently
• Problem-solving excellence with risk management, prioritization, and executive-level presentations
• Experience delivering projects using Agile/SCRUM
• Professional project management qualification and business consulting background
• Ability to work with virtual teams across geographies/time zones; fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial
