Overview

In this role you will support a busy regional housebuilder by overseeing commercial aspects on multiple new-build residential projects from Oxford offices and site locations. You will contribute to delivering high-quality homes across the M1/M4 corridor and into London, driving financial performance and governance. The position blends office work with site presence to manage costs, procurement, and subcontractor relations. This is a permanent role with a clear focus on autonomous delivery within a reputable, growing residential developer.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial activities across concurrent new-build residential projects
• Oversee cost control, procurement, and subcontractor management
• Support financial governance and reporting for multiple sites
• Coordinate between the Oxford office and regional/London-based sites
• Ensure projects meet quality and commercial targets

Key requirements

• Experience within a reputable housebuilder
• New build residential project experience essential
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously
• Excellent all-round commercial skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ideally degree qualified
