Planning Solicitor – 3+ PQE – Berkshire or Hampshire

Overview

In this role you will provide strategic planning guidance to a diverse client base, including developers, authorities and investors, within a national L500 team. You will support real estate transactions with planning due diligence and advise on complex topics such as Assets of Community Value and Village Greens. The role covers risk management, appeals, judicial reviews, and enforcement, alongside highways and infrastructure planning. This opportunity offers exposure to regeneration projects and a chance to shape planning outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ PQE
• strong knowledge of EIA, CIL, and GLA planning
• experience drafting complex agreements
• advising on judicial reviews and appeals
• experience with regeneration projects
