Overview

In this role you join Savills’ Architecture & Building Surveying (ABS) team to deliver expert guidance across architecture and building consultancy from Winchester, Guildford, or Petworth. You will collaborate with surveyors, architects, technologists, and rural specialists to support historic building conservation and innovative, future-focused projects. You’ll work with a diverse client base to tailor solutions that meet unique needs. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful conservation and development work within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with surveyors, architects, technologists and rural specialists to deliver architecture and building consultancy services
• Provide expert advice on historic building conservation and innovative projects
• Develop tailored solutions to reflect client needs across diverse sectors
• Engage with varied client base including private individuals, rural estates, institutions and charities
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary projects within rural planning, estate management, forestry, energy, and development contexts
