In this role you join a regional law firm as a Land & Property Solicitor focusing on residential property and land work. You will manage a full caseload from instruction to post completion and work within a collaborative team that supports development toward partnership. Responsibilities

• Managing matters from instruction through to post completion
• Handling a broad range of residential property and land law work
• Running a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Supervising Trainee Lawyers and support staff (desirable)
• Meeting time recording and billing targets
• Liaising with clients, agents, and local professionals
• Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE in residential property or wider land law
• Strong technical knowledge of Property and Land Law
• Confidence managing files independently from start to finish
• Experience supervising junior colleagues (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the local market or a connection to the area (highly desirable)
• Proficiency with legal IT and case management systems
