Overview
In this role you will support the delivery of technical packages for new build residential developments, working closely with the technical, architectural, commercial, and production teams. You will ensure drawings and technical packages are produced to schedule, from inception to completion, across traditional and RC frame schemes. The position offers career progression within a top residential developer known for staff retention. This is a hands-on, cross-functional coordinating role with a clear impact on project delivery and quality.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate drawing packages with the technical and architectural teams
- Ensure delivery of working drawings on schedule across traditional and RC frame schemes
- Liaise with commercial and production teams throughout development
- Support from inception to completion on new build residential projects
- Collaborate to align technical outputs with project goals
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality technical standards in package delivery
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ residential developer experience on new build developments (5m+) from inception to completion
- Experience on traditional build or RC frame schemes
- Degree qualified or equivalent in construction or architectural background
- Experience in full working drawings packages
