Responsibilities

• Coordinate design delivery for a 10m new build residential project (9 townhouses + 30+ apartments)
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to align on program, scope, and quality
• Support traditional build and RC frame construction requirements
• Ensure design outputs meet project standards and client expectations
• Liaise with main contractor and stakeholders to resolve design issues
• Contribute to project planning and coordination to maintain schedule

Key requirements
