Overview

In this role, you will shape SEPHORA UK’s talent strategy for Head Office functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage and hire across eCommerce, Digital, IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Operations. You’ll build strong talent pipelines, drive an excellent candidate experience, and influence hiring decisions to support growth. You’ll enhance SEPHORA’s employer brand with innovative attraction strategies, ensuring SEPHORA remains a destination for top talent. This is a fast-paced, impactful position in a dynamic retail market.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand talent needs and design attraction and hiring plans
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment from briefing to offer and onboarding handover
  • Proactively source and engage high-calibre candidates via direct search, networking, referrals, pipelines, social media and partnerships
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pools for key and future-critical roles
  • Screen, assess and shortlist candidates; conduct interviews and provide recommendations
  • Coach hiring managers to ensure inclusive, high-quality selection processes
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences with timely communication and feedback
  • Analyze recruitment activity and market trends to drive improvements and informed decisions
  • Ensure processes comply with employment law, policies and data privacy
  • Support broader TA and Employer Branding initiatives to boost visibility and appeal

Key requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting corporate and specialist roles (in-house or agency)
  • Experience hiring mid to senior-level professionals across Digital, eCommerce, Technology, Marketing, Finance, HR or Operations
  • Success in developing sourcing strategies and attracting passive talent
  • Strong stakeholder management and credibility at all levels
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills with a consultative approach
  • Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills with multiple priorities and campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics to improve outcomes
