C++ Software Engineer

Overview

In this role you will contribute to an enterprise-grade C++ platform in a fintech trading environment. You will work closely with traders and engineers to develop real-time algorithms for allocation and cross-asset post-trade processing. The team is small, highly challenged, and values thoughtful decisions and learning from experts. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain low-latency C++ components for real-time algo allocation
• Contribute to the enterprise-grade technology platform in a Unix/Linux environment
• Collaborate with traders and engineers across multiple projects
• work with databases (SQL, Oracle) and related data tooling
• Support and evolve cross-asset post-trade processing systems
• Participate in design discussions and contribute to code quality and delivery

Key requirements

• 2 years of commercial software development experience
• Excellent C++ experience on Unix
• SQL knowledge (Oracle preferred)
• Computer Science or Engineering degree
• C# GUI experience is a plus
