Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct complex commercial disputes and civil litigation for a diverse client base
• Handle both claimant and defendant cases with autonomy
• Contribute to a growing team and firm’s reputation
• Engage in potential maritime matters and related disputes
• Support progression within the department and firm
• Maintain client confidentiality given the discreet nature of the role

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in Commercial Disputes/Litigation
• Experience at a respected firm
• Ambition to progress and take on greater responsibility
• Ability to work autonomously within a multi-office environment
• Some exposure to maritime matters beneficial
