Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases and property finance transactions
• Provide expert legal advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage and mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative, high-performing team
• Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in legislation to ensure compliance and deliver innovative solutions
• Represent the firm at networking events and contribute to business development initiatives to expand the client base

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years PQE in commercial property law
• Proven track record in handling complex commercial property transactions
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring junior team members
