Senior BI Analyst

Overview

In this remote role, you will empower decision-making across product, marketing, finance and growth with end-to-end analytics in a central data team. You will build robust BI models and dashboards using SQL, Python, dbt and BigQuery, shaping strategies from ad spend to retention. You’ll guide attribution and mobile tracking considerations, owning projects from scoping to delivery. This position offers high impact work in a global mobile app, with autonomy and opportunities to grow into data science areas like LTV modelling.

Responsibilities

• Scope, analyze and deliver analytics projects end-to-end
• Build BI models and dashboards in Omni using SQL, Python, dbt and BigQuery
• Analyse ad spend, marketing performance, customer behavior, finance forecasting and product usage
• Guide spend strategy with User Acquisition teams within mobile tracking constraints and attribution
• Own projects and influence BI architecture and modeling decisions
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Product and Growth to drive cross-functional insights
• Deliver actionable recommendations and clear dissemination of findings

Key requirements

• Marketing or customer analytics experience in mobile or gaming
• Solid understanding of attribution and mobile tracking complexities
• Advanced SQL and dbt modelling
• Experience with BigQuery or similar warehousing tools
• Dashboarding experience in Looker, Power BI or similar
• Experience working with User Acquisition or marketing teams
• Strong stakeholder management
• Autonomous work in a small, fully remote team
• Interest in data science concepts such as LTV models
