Property Litigation Solicitor – Bristol

Overview

In this role, you join a well-established dispute resolution team in central Bristol to handle a broad mix of property disputes for landlords, tenants and investors. You will develop your own caseload while collaborating with other specialist teams to deliver commercially focused advice. You’ll use ADR where appropriate to achieve efficient outcomes, contributing to a high-quality, cross-functional practice. Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial and residential property disputes
• Represent landlords, tenants, property managers and investors
• Manage breaches of covenant, dilapidations and possession proceedings
• Support on more complex disputes and grow your own caseload
• Collaborate with other specialist teams for joined-up advice
• Explore and utilise ADR to reach efficient outcomes

Key requirements

• Around 3 years’ PQE in Property Litigation
• Experience in commercial and/or residential property disputes
• Strong technical grounding and solution-focused mindset
• Confident in drafting, negotiation and case management
• Ability to manage deadlines and a busy, varied caseload
• Collaborative approach and strong client communication skills
• Proactive attitude with interest in building client relationships
