Overview

In this role you will lead a large new build residential project in North West London, coordinating across site teams to deliver 2 RC blocks and 20 houses within a 100-week programme. You will work within a reputable main contractor known for quality housing, safety, and sustainability. You will drive on-site performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet project goals. Responsibilities

• Oversee the early-stage, mid-stage, and final delivery of a new build residential scheme
• Coordinate and optimize on-site construction activities with RC frame/high-rise and traditional builds
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and safety standards
• Lead and motivate full site teams to achieve programme milestones
• Liaise with stakeholders, including Housing Associations, clients, and consultants
• Manage risk, schedule, cost, and quality to deliver the project on time and within budget

Key requirements

• Strong track record managing Housing / Residential schemes
• Main contracting / new build residential background
• Excellent all-round residential / construction knowledge
• RC frame / high-rise experience
• Experience of traditional build houses
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations
• Excellent management skills with the ability to get the best out of full site teams
• Full UK drivers’ license
