Senior Cost Manager- Cardiff/ Bristol

Overview

In this role, you will join the UK Infrastructure team to provide commercial leadership on multi-million pound capital programmes across Water and Civils. You’ll work from Bristol and Wales, collaborating with clients to optimise delivery and value. The role blends contract and cost management with change, risk and procurement processes to drive efficiencies. You will contribute to shaping better UK infrastructure through client-focused, proactive advisory and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide experience-led commercial advice to clients on capital programmes
• Manage contracts and NEC3 framework (Option A, C & E preferred)
• Oversee cost management, change control, and valuations
• Lead risk management, procurement, estimating, pricing and reporting
• Drive efficiencies and improvements across project life cycle
• Foster collaborative, best-for-project approach and share best practices
• People and commission management to support project delivery
• Leverage knowledge of construction industry practices, value management and value engineering
